Yankees Suck!

Crazy day. First of all, I forgot that I had work at 9 today. I realized it when I was brushing my teeth at 2. So I went to work around 15 minutes later, came in my gym clothes because I hoped to work out after (didn't). Left at 4 something because I had to get home. I seriously didn't know why I forgot; has it been that long?

Maybe.

Anyhow, side thought: I'm actually writing this entry while sitting on the toilet BECAUSE the opposite bathroom is being occupied by probably the loudest, most raunchy-sounding puker ever, and it's been about 30 minutes. He's been puking for 30 minutes. Right now he's moaning like a horny goat. Sounds like there's tears involved too. Only if I could record this.

Anyhow.

I had to get home today because a friend of mine got us tickets to the A's vs the Jankees baseball game. SO MUCHO FUNO. It went to extra innings, we made fun of Yankees fans around us, we got to sneak in to such better seats; seats behind the Yankees dugout. Yes, I will post pictures later. A's won in the most dramatic fashion, and we were there to see it. Even though I wasn't a fan, you couldn't help but applaud dramatic competition. Speaking of competition, Lakers are slipping at the wrongest of times. Are they even going to make the playoffs? Hmmm....

Last night.

The old roommates called me up to play some pool at the local hall. I've never been. It was a poolhall slash bar, and it was nizice. Nice lighting, nice atmosphere, nice people, nice everything, except for the sorry teammates I had. One of them being my girl roommate and the other being my power hungry boss. Yeah, that one. She sucked. Remember the pool episode in Fresh Prince when Uncle Phil was pretending to suck at pool? Yeah, imagine that but not pretending. Seriously, the cue was taller than her. We lost. Oh well, it was fun, must make another trip.

Last night part deux.

After the poolhall, hunger struck, so we rushed to try and make it to the In-n-Out in Pinole, a city about 15 minutes away. We didn't make it, but check it: we almost died getting there. We were on the middle lane, with the old roommate's friend driving when out of nowhere a white cedan from the right late lost control and somehow ended up completely horizontal (imagine the capital letter T) right in front of us. We came so close to hitting that car. Crazy, brought back memories. We were fine, but the other car made some pinball moves before ending up on the right shoulder (it bounced off the center divider first).

Then Usher- Nice and Slow came on the radio. We sang, decided to hit up Nation's*. Ate, went home.

*Fresh Strawberry shortcake is bizzack!

Update on Puker across the way: Some of his friends are helping him get up. I guess he doesn't live there. Then I hear a flesh thud, a moan, and then silence.

Nevermind, he's at it again. Still sounds chunky.
